Though we’d all love to see the Strokes show from Levi’s or the Kanye and Radiohead secret shows, let’s be honest: it’s probably not going to happen. And if you’ve been unlucky enough to miss the RSVP’s for the all-day free food/free booze/free music festivals or failed to procure yourself a killer priority badge, you’re only option is to be prepared. Debauche + The Lisps + Hurray For The Riff Raff + Luke Winslow-King – Blue Nile Upstairs

Debauche’s Yegor Romantsov spent his Friday evenings sipping homemade vodka and playing Soviet Union-era prison dirges about criminals, orphans, and other assorted ne’er-do-wells. Within months, his weekly solo gig turned into a series of increasing wild jam sessions as members of cajun-klezmer band the Zydepunks became regular guests.

After a semi-legendary run co-headling shows with Surfer Blood at last year’s South by Southwest Festival, Turbo Fruits are joining Georgian loudness veterans the Black Lips for the annual Lundi Gras party at One Eyed Jack’s hosted by electronic noise musicians Quintron and Miss Pussycat.
